• New patients appointments are released on a regular basis and are focused on women’s health only.

• If you cannot see an appointment available, please check the calendar regularly.

• Once the appointment is confirmed, paperwork must be filled out and insurance info provided within the deadline to avoid cancellation.

• First office visits are extended visits. Please allow up to 75 minutes.

• We are in network with most Regence, Premera and Blue Cross plans.

• Please check eligibility directly with your insurance provider prior to the appointment.

• If not in network, the full cost for the appointment must be paid at time of appointment and a superbill for office visits can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

• Naturopathic Doctor - First Office Call (max 75 min): approximately $445*

• Naturopathic Doctor - Return Office Call (max 60 min): approximately $225*

• Injections: vary dependent on formulation

• Lab Processing and Services: vary depending on lab and service

• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please send a message to us via the charm patient portal at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

• 48-hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments without a fee. Cancellations/rescheduling made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service as we are unable to fill the reserved appointment slot on such short notice. Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged 100%. Fees will be charged to the card on file. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the practice’s discretion.

• Return visits may be considered "extended visits," depending on complexity and length required at the time of the visit. Please allow up to 60 minutes for return visits.
