• Once the appointment is confirmed, paperwork must be filled out and insurance info provided within the deadline to avoid cancellation.

• First office visits are extended visits. Please allow up to 75 minutes.

• We are in network with most Regence, Premera and Blue Cross.

• Please check eligibility directly with your insurance provider prior to the appointment.

• If not in network, the full cost for the appointment must be paid and a superbill for office visits can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

• Naturopathic Doctor - First Office Call (max 75 min): approximately $395*

• Naturopathic Doctor - Return Office Call (max 60 min): approximately $225*
